1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or purchasing from us, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
2. Products & Services
Spoolin Industries specialises in alloy and stainless steel fabrication, custom trays and canopies, dual cab ute conversions, CNC laser cutting, and CNC press bending. All custom fabrication work is made to order based on specifications agreed between you and Spoolin Industries.
3. Quotes & Orders
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. An order is only accepted when we confirm acceptance in writing and a deposit (where applicable) has been received. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. For custom fabrication work, a deposit (typically 50% of the quoted price) is required before work commences. The balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery & Risk
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address or collection from our Rockhampton premises. Title passes to you only upon receipt of full cleared payment. You are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and notifying us of any visible damage within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee or right to which you are entitled under Australian law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spoolin Industries' liability for any claim is limited to the repair or replacement of the relevant goods, supply of equivalent goods, or a refund of the amount paid. We exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage to the extent permitted by law.
8. Custom Work — Client Responsibilities
Where custom fabrication is performed to your specifications, you are responsible for ensuring all measurements, specifications, and vehicle details you provide are accurate and complete. Spoolin Industries will not be liable for defects arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. Any alterations to agreed specifications after production commences may result in additional charges and revised lead times.
